Grundfos Solar Submersible Pumps
Grundfos solar submersible pumping systems cover an extensive range of water pumping requirements from 3 gallons per minute to 11 gallons per minute, from the most shallow of wells up to 850 feet.
The SQFlex system is a reliable water supply system based on renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind energy. The SQFlex system incorporates an SQF submersible pump.
Very flexible as to its energy supply and performance, the SQFlex system can be combined and adapted to any need according to the conditions on the installation site.

Our system experience with Grundfos pumps has been very positive. The controls being integrated into the motor simplifies a basic solar-only system needing only solar panels, a shutoff switch, wiring and panel mounting.

Note that while wind generators are a viable source from a technical standpoint, we have found that it is much easier to overbuild the solar system in terms of both cost, ease of installation and maintenance effort.
Helical Rotor Pumps Feature

Grundfos IO-50
IO-50 On/Off box
The IO 50 SQFlex switch box is made for solar-powered SQFlex systems and is an on/off switch for the system power supply.
In addition, the IO 50 functions as a connection point for all necessary cables.
By means of the on/off switch, it is possible to:
- start/stop the pump
- reset alarms.
Grundfos IO-100
IO-101 Control Box
The IO 101 is an on/off switch box designed for opening and closing the system power supply and is
used in solar-powered SQFlex systems with a back-up generator.
Grundfos CU-200
CU-200 Control Box
The CU 200 is a combined status and control unit for the SQFlex pump system. Moreover, the CU 200
enables connection of a level switch placed in a water reservoir or tank.
