Everything you need for your starter well prep kit.
- Choose your pump head assembly, standard or double height.
- Choose your lever arm length, 24" or 36"
- Choose you well casing size diameter for your well cap.
- Choose the depth at which to place a weep hole (for freezing climates)
- Choose the number of pipes to get below your minimum water depth. Remember to take into account seasonal variations. If you are unsure, order a deeper number or you will run short of drop pipes.
- Choose your pump cylinder size. Note that the smaller size MUST be used when pumping into a pressure tank or ad depths exceeding 200ft. of static water level. Extra Seal Kit is included.
- Choose a check valve and pressure gauge, useful if pumping into a pressure tank.
Kit includes:
- Pump Head for standard height casings. (With three connection options: 3/4” hose, NPT, and 90-degree spout.) Choose Double Height option if well casing is very low to the ground.
- Lever Arm. Includes unique, replaceable, graphite-impregnated bronze bushings at pivot points. (based on the lever size you choose)
- Pump Cylinder, with four seals (output is up to 5gpm, depending on pumping speed) The 3gpm cylinder is used for 200 feet static water level and deeper due to pressure requirements.
- Seal kit: for first maintenance
- Well cap. Plugs and fasteners. (based on the casing size you choose)
- 9ft (108in), 4.5ft (54in) and/or 2.25ft (27in) drop pipe unit: 1" PVC top drop pipe, stainless steel coupler, lift rod with stainless steel threaded rod ends, rod guide.
- Rod Extender: 3/8"x1-1/4" stainless steel. For possible adjustment to total lift rod length. Included at no charge.
- Roll of Teflon tape included for threading drop pipes. (Liquid sealant/pipe dope must not be used.)
- Installation Safety Tool.
