Written or verbal quotations are valid for 15 days unless noted otherwise. Please call or email for current prices.
Shipping quotes are subject to change without notice. If estimated shipping costs exceed actual costs the additional cost is the customer's responsibility. If estimated costs are less than quoted, we will refund the difference
Sunshine Works products are sold FOB origin freight prepaid and added. This means that loss or damage in shipment is the purchaser's responsibility. Our manufacturers and distributors generally do a very good job of resolving claim issues.
We do our best to ship orders from stock within 24 hours from receipt of payment Monday through Friday. Most orders placed by 1 PM Central Time go out the same day if shipped from our office in Winchester. Distributor and manufacturer shipments are usually shipped the next working day from order. If the shipping date is later than this we will let you know as soon as we find out.
Methods of shipment include the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, DHL and various common carrier truck lines.
Orders shipped from our distributors generally ship within 48 hours. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers depend on their inventory and production schedules. We will advise you of the schedule when you place your order if we can. If not, see above.
If items are backordered we will notify you. You can choose a refund if you wish and we will advise you when the items are in stock again.
Order cancellations which are paid by credit card and are cancelled and refunded by credit card are subject to a 7% deduction for credit card processing fees. Order cancellations paid by credit card and refunded by check are subject to a 3.5% processing fee. The credit card companies get their fee both ways.
If the manufacturer or distributor has booked the order and charges a cancellation fee, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
If a product you purchase is subject to a warranty claim, resolution of warranty issues requires collaboration with and following the procedures of the manufacturer or wholesale distributor. We will assist you to submit the information required to the source. The outcome regarding the claim is the manufacturer's or wholesale distributor's decision.
If you wish to return a purchase for whatever reason, please request a return authorization within 14 days of your purchase and we will make arrangements for you to return your purchase.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging freight prepaid.
Solar panels are not returnable. Solar panel mounts are not returnable.
Original shipping costs are not refundable and returns will be subject to a 15 to 30 percent restocking fee depending on the products in question and the ship to destination where they must be returned. The return shipping is your responsibility.

Return of products sold with free shipping will be debited for the actual shipping cost. Products that have been installed, used, improperly installed, abused or damaged are not subject to return under the policy stated above. We will be pleased to discuss the issues with you on a case by case basis.
